Event Proposal Form - Shire of Eisental

Instructions:


Read the Shire's Event Bid Proposal Policy.

Fill in the proposed event’s name, date and location.

Fill in the autocrat's name, contact information, and expiration date on their membership card. If co-autocrats will be running this event, you can list them in these feilds, separated by commas. Other staff should be listed in the last field on the form.

Fill in rough numbers for the budget items. You are not required to fill in every space, just leave blanks for items that will not be used. The Miscellaneous category is for things like Honorarium, Gas, Tolls, Telephone charges, Insurance Certificates, and Postage/Shipping costs. If you think something doesn’t fit, ask the Exchequer for help.

When filling in food costs, feel free to add other meals in the "Other" boxes if there is no existing category. The Total Food Costs will be automatically calculated for you on the Printable Format after you click the button.

The Total Event Cost will also be calculated for you on the Printable Format.

When complete, click the button labeled "Click Here for Printable Format". Please note that nothing on this page is saved once you close your browser.
