As with many Medieval themed sites, this site uses fonts which may not be installed on your computer, since you probably don't use them on a regular basis. If you download and install these fonts (which I guarantee are virus-free), you will see the site as I see it, and intend it to be seen!

Right now, I only know these instructions work on Microsoft Windows computers. I have not tested them for Macintosh or any flavour of Unix. Hopefully I will be able to do that in the future, and know they will work for other platforms as well.
Also note that you need Winzip in order to extract the files.
Sorry for any inconveniences!

How to download and install the fonts:

  • Right-click on the name of the file, and choose "save file as..." or "Save link as..." (depends on which browser you are using).
  • Remember where you save the file to! When it is done downloading, double- click the file.
  • Extract the font file to your harddrive (somewhere like "C:\Temp"). The files will be named "Gothic.TTF, GothicB.TTF, GothicBI.TTF, and GothicI.TTF"
  • Open your Control Panel and double-click on "Fonts". Choose "Install New Font" from the "File" menu. Browse to the folder you just extracted the fonts to (C:\Temp). And choose all four files.

Note, you may have to restart your computer to see the site with the new fonts.

Font files:

  • Century Gothic (text font) - At this time, this font is unavailable for downloading due to copyright infringement issues. Please feel free to acquire it on your own and use it to view this site in it's best light!
  • Morpheus (Title font)
